Don't use Larry for mediation. He's not friendly and he's extremely rude. Very judgmental. The courts seem to flock to him for a lot of mediations but he's crappy at it. If the other party won't budge, he gives up and walks away. Will not even try to come to a settlement. Response to Larry from his response to my original review: sorry Larry. You've tried doing mediation in my particular case twice now and you never helped. So this is not a scam or whatever you think it is. I'm choosing to remain anonymous. You don't provide the stellar services that you suggest. You're mouth is as big as your head.

I retained Lindsey VanFleet when I was served with a motion to modify. Family matters are high stress and emotionally draining. Lindsey reassured me every step of the way and between her and her amazing paralegal, we were always in communication. My case, unfortunately, went all the way to trial. I felt like I had my best friend standing next to me that day. Lindsey is realistic, compassionate, friendly, professional and kind. In the courtroom, she is an absolute force to be reckoned with. Her questioning and demeanor towards the opposing party made me thankful she was on my side! I would not have wanted to be cross examined by her. Wasted my time, wasted my money, got my hopes up.. then ignored me and lied to me. Lindsey VanFleet said she would take my case, then ignored me for weeks, with absolutely zero explanation, just lies and excuses.. when i ask to speak w her, "she's filing something" .. So i eventually email her paralegal Amanda Pike for return paperwork and retainer refund: "feel free to stop by.. ready for pickup" .. thats it, again zero explanation nor concern.. While at office i ask to speak with Lindsey, Amanda, anyone, to inquire reason WHY: "they're not available" ... Shocked and disgusted. Lindsey VanFleet is just another part of the problem with our "family justice" system. Im sorry son, im trying...
