They always had someone answer the phone but the lawyer I was working with was very difficult to communicate with. I understand they are busy. When I first contacted them I asked if they had the time to take on new clients. The said yes but when it came time to communicate or coordinate schedules they fell short of my expectations. When I did communicate with them they did sound educated and professional and I truly feel they have the tools to help me. Maybe when they have better systems in place they will be able to help future clients in similar situations as mine.

Absolutely rude staffing!! Did not serve me any papers to garnish my wages. Then when I called to get the information they hung up on me and refused to give me my balance.

This is a wonderful law office. I hired them to write a simple cease and desist letter, and even had the opportunity to pay them, but they never did the job, giving me a wonderful lesson in patience. Then, when I asked for a refund, I got to hear fascinating excuses as to why it has, to date, not been done (update...their office finally emailed me back a month later and said they are sending a check, so maybe that will happen. It's anyone's guess). A real treat! If it doesn't happen, I look forward to hearing their next excuse, because it's always a good one. Another plus is that this will be a wonderful tax write-off, as it's essentially a $150 donation to a law firm who assuredly needs the money. Otherwise, why would they keep it but not render services? I highly recommend you hire them, as doing so will only benefit your life, but only in ways you can't yet imagine. They are the number 1 star in my book!
