I have a MetLife legal insurance plan through my employer. I contacted attorney David Rubin, we set up an initial meeting. He reviewed all documents that would be set up for my legal plan a will, A power of attorney, a medical power of attorney, etc. He explain the different documents and what they would do he made good suggestions. In about a month he had everything ready for me to sign. It was all done. Neat and put together for me. It cost absolutely nothing through my insurance. Attorney Rubin was very professional as his office staff, Thorough, patient, I would recommend him to anyone

The most incompetent attorney that I have ever had to deal with. He and his staff have been unable to close a small estate for five years now. He does not communicate with clients in a timely and accurate manner and usually takes months to file simple paperwork with the courts. He is not capable of dealing with anything more complicated than a speeding ticket. If you are in need of an attorney that can handle all issues in estate law, you should spare yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. He has, and continues to, waste the time of a bereaved family that wishing nothing more than to close a simple estate and move on with their lives.
