Great group that truly cares and wants to help people. As a medical professional, it's invaluable to have folks like this in the community who are honest, approachable, and genuinely committed to helping their clients. I've seen firsthand the difference their guidance can make, and I'm grateful they're here for our patients and families.

Southard was Family member recommended and is a 0/10. does NOT answer emails, phone calls for current clients. literally need to reset an entire document before court case and he won't reach out until "he's ready". but like, WE are ready to edit a document that isn't correct. don't even care to be dropped, doesn't do the job - or it's at least the bare minimum .

Tried to call Steve in regards to my deceased mother's divorce about getting further information and he does not return phone calls. Had to reach out to another lawyer just to obtain a copy of the divorce decree. Literally not a single ounce of help from Steve or this law firm. Tried to call for over a month just for a simple question about a vehicle that was listed in the divorce decree and receptionist kept giving me the run around about letting him know or sending him a note to call me and never once received that phone call. Was just trying to do my deceased mother a service and make things go smoother. Do not recommend the communication or customer satisfaction with Steve or this law firm.

Wouldn't recommend this firm to my worst enemy. My lawyer up and quit in the middle of my case without doing any of the work she was supposed to. I haven't seen my children in 3 months because my lawyer didn't submit the paperwork to sign when it was ready last December. Took her 2 months to submit it by which time the agreement had fallen apart. I was assigned a new lawyer when she quit, who hasn't bothered to respond or reach out to make any appointment. $3000 down the drain for absolutely nothing.

Excellent staff and John were very helpful and met with us in a timely manner.
