Josh took my case with very short notice. From the moment I made contact with his firm I was treated with compassionate professionalism. Josh was very flexible to my overall situation, including my financial needs and was also able to match my level of time sensitive urgency. We paid the retainer and he was in court five days later on time, well dressed, extremely confident and familiar with all the relevant details to my case, that he would present to the Judge. His demeanor in the court room was of a man with integrity and honorable ethics and morals. Here are a few details of my case... I absconded from the Stone County Drug Court Program and was a fugitive for four and a half years. I was arrested October 24, 2018 and was extradited back to Missouri to face a possible suspended sentence of five years in prison. After I waived my preliminary hearing, and entered a guilty plea for V.O.P my court date was set fro December 19th, 2018. The state recommended a 120 in prison and a reinstatement of felony probation. Josh presented my case to the Judge with eloquence and grace highlighting the facts and truths that emphasized a changed and rehabilitated productive member of society. The Judge released me the same day and I was on an airplane the next day back home just in time for Christmas with y family. Although I know there was a divine hand in my case... Josh has to be given the credit for going above and beyond in presenting my case so astutely. I recommend Josh to anyone who is in need of a criminal attorney because he is truly " for the people".
