If you're in need of a cease and desist letter that threatens civil and criminal sanctions against you--without clearly what you actually did wrong--Attorney Erin Craig may be just the lawyer for you. In my experience, she sent such a letter to my wife and me, forbidding us from stepping foot commercial property that, as far as I can tell, her firm doesn't represent. Maybe they do? Hard to say--she never mentioned it. All this despite the fact that my wife was hospitalized and unable to step foot anywhere when the letter was sent. For the record, the letter accused me of nothing--but still threatened me anyway. In my opinion, that kind of vague, overreaching posturing doesn't come off as assertive. It just looks sloppy. Just my two cents. But if you're into legal threats with no clear basis and even less clarity, Erin may be the lawyer for you.

Do NOT use Erin Mayfield Craig for your family law needs. If you value your kid's best interests and your money, find another attorney. Especially if the other parent is good at lying. She will believe the lies from the other parent and not believe anything you say when it comes to your kids, regardless of the evidence you have. The attorney never contacted any of my witnesses, never asked for evidence to use against my ex, withheld information from me, literally told me I can't claim medical neglect of my kids when I had the evidence available to sup it, accused me of owing 12,000 dollars in arrears when I had the documents from the Family Support Division showing my automatic payments and it wouldn't even had been possible to owe 12,000 in arrears at the time had I not made a single payment, billed me over 15,000 to prevent my ex-wife from moving out of state with my kids, but "forgave" over 8,000 after I filed a complaint about her to the Missouri Bar. Do not use Erin Mayfield Craig.
