I have worked with Lindsey for the past 2.5 years for in depth custody cases. I can not recommend a better attorney. She has her clients best interests at heart. If you are looking for someone who knows the system in and out, she is the one for you. She is not afraid to do what is needed on every level. Her office staff is just as amazing and supportive.

Lindsey and her staff were amazing to work with. Lindsey jumped into my case without hesitation and made me feel like her top priority during such a stressful time. I appreciated her candor, professionalism and was amazed at her ability to recall details of my case off the top of her head during conversations - a sign of someone that truly cares!

Lindsey Waits and her entire team were absolutely amazing. My divorce was difficult and lengthy, but in the end they worked hard and got me what I wanted...parenting time with my kids. They stayed after office hours, communicated effectively, and fought hard for me. 10/10 recommend their services to anyone in need. Absolutely fantastic and I cannot thank them enough.

To get to the point: Lindsey Waits and Jim Witteman are 2 of the finest lawyers that ever existed. Not only do they strive for greatest, ... they are greatest and yes; you should be represented by them. After experiencing these two, I realize that they know their stuff and preform at the top percentile in their league. They were extremely attentive to the needs of my custody and criminal cases and to be quite frank with you, I didn't have to raise my voice or a finger. They did all the work. I felt "covered," to say the least. I can't write this review without acknowledging their office staff. I felt supported and never judged. They answered all of my calls and gave great, quality responses to the questions I had along the way. I'll leave you with this... I wasn't just represented by lawyers. I was represented by humanitarians, ... who finds joy in protecting the rights of others.

Very unprofessional. Will drag out the case and bully you, the paying party, and the other party. The only logical reason it seems is to rack up more payable hours. Went to a new lawyer who said Lindsey is known by all the other lawyers in the county for exclusively using bullying as her only tactic, but in the end usually ends up with her client losing ground. Would be more effective handling your case on your own than hiring her. Beware!
