Review of Attorney Zach I am shocked this attorney is still practicing law. My experience was nothing short of disastrous. - Case handling: Zach will take any case, baiting clients with a low fee and free consultation. Once you have paid, he passes you off to his assistant Austin who is overworked, inexperienced, and not licensed to practice law. - Negligence: They completely forgot to file discovery requests. When they tried to correct it, they submitted documents with a fake signature, mine. - Communication failures: Zach failed to notify me of multiple settlement offers because he never opened his email. He disappeared for weeks at a time, claiming he was on vacation and unable to check voicemail or email. - Court appearance: At one hearing, he told me last minute he would not attend. I was forced to appear alone and request a continuance. - Aftermath: His mishandling left my case in such disarray that other attorneys refused to take it. Ultimately, the opposing counsel helped me clean up the mess, and I secured a better deal working directly with the other party than I ever did with Zach representing me. It does not surprise me that he is working solo. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Zach to anyone seeking competent legal representation.
