Blue Springs Law Office

I have used this lawyer twice now. The first time I gave him 4 stars. Took care of the problem and the only thing about him that I could complain about was limited communication. This second time I wasn't very unimpressed with his services. He changed his statements of what was happening each time we talked about my problem. I would have to re-explain the situation to him several times because he forgot what was going on or he just didn't care. He made excuses over the 16 months on why he didn't get the job done. His paralegal would tell a totally different story. He lost medical records and it took forever to find them. He took a month off work and just drop my case. After all this time, I finally got a small settlement. I was never so happy to never have to talk to my lawyer again. All I heard was bullshit the entire time he represented me. Overall, I don't believe I was properly represented in this case and I believe that he was negligent in his duties. This is my opinion on this lawyer. If I ever have any other legal issues in my life, I will most definitely use a different lawyer. Buyer beware!

Paul Evans and his legal aid Kelly are the hardest working individuals in their field. I took them on for a child custody case and they were absolutely brilliant.
