At first they made me feel confident because they wanted to meet in person to discuss. Didn't give me any advice on my case only made me feel like as if they didn't believe me and wanted money to move forward. Would have been nice to be told to contact the Gal atleast. Given my evidence of the false allegations and the abuse of process just to keep me from my child it would have been nice to be consoled and listened to more before requesting so much money . Im paying a lot for a family attorney right now and I wanted to really fight this but id rather spend my money somewhere else where I am at least listened to before spending so much. I'm not sure what's more annoying the interaction I had or the constant text and emails afterwards.

Contacted you about needing legal assistance and was informed that it would a 5000 dollar retainer. My mom and grandpa don't have that type of money just sitting around in a checking account. My mom works and helps my grandpa financially each month. It would have been nice to have had a payment plan or something along those lines. They aren't rich but want to help me out. Won't be recommending you to anyone within the city at all

Kim Benjamin is not an active attorney. She has hired other companies to answer the phone and a few "administrative" folks to offer legal advice and she has struggled to keep actual lawyers. Her firm has a ton of turn over. And this firm charges a crazy amount of money and can't manage the basics, like keeping up with court dates or understanding pretrial conditions, or knowing when a prosecutor becomes a judge or offering anything close to representation. She will send you coffee mugs and fanny packs with her company's name on it and she will charge you for being forced to listen that she is the best ever, over and over again and that's why you should give her a 5 star review. She will send emails on holidays offering her thoughts on the change of the season, like a middle school principal I believe she is an actual person because there is a bar number attached to her name. I'm not positive that anyone who works for her has ever met her, and know for a fact they are coming and going- which is not at all helpful when a person needs legal advice.
