I would represent myself in court before using them again. They are terrible communicators. We had to reach out every few months for an update. Many times with no return call or response to email. I actually left a negative review 2 years ago and they asked me to take it down since the case wasn't completed. So here it is again. What should have been a slam dunk case took 3 years. Absolutely awful. 0/100 stars.

A cousin of mine had met Jamie and told him why I was looking for a lawyer. Jamie volunteered himself and said for me to call. I reached out for a consultation and spoke to Ginger. Jamie was not available so she said she'd call me back the next day which she didn't. I waited 4 days but I hadn't heard from her so I reached out instead. She still didn't respond. I reached out again and she then responded with a price and said she'd send me information later that day or over the weekend. It's been a week and I've been ghosted again. I'm not going to chase after a lawyer who told me reach out to him. Why volunteer yourself if you just aren't going to do what you said you would. I don't know if this is a Jamie problem or a Ginger problem who isn't doing her job and letting things fall through the cracks. Disappointed. Especially since someone I knew who recently passed was a friend of Jamie's and always spoke so highly of him.

Jamie Franks......on TV as a DNC delegate and a Lying Joe Biden democrat.......that's all you need to know !!! If you hire this firm you are an idiot. They will not represent you and you can forget about ever getting any comments, phone calls, or emails from anyone other than their paralegal, which is who your case will be turned over to. I had to give one star to place this review but absolutely wouldn't give them that much credit. I look at these reviews and wonder who wrote most of them, most are simply a joke. They closed this office and had all calls going to the home of their paralegal and I am not sure this office is open now. Hard to keep a business with no clients.

Professional, genuine, responsive, and intelligent. Hiring Mr. Franks as my attorney was by far the best decision I made. He knows exactly what he is doing and does a fantastic job at it. Thank you for your hard work and great decision making skills with my case.

I have nothing but respect for Mr. Franks and Mr. Wheeler. They are the absolute best attorneys in this area. They fought for my husband, they fought harder than I would have ever expected. If any of you find yourself in a position needing a criminal defense attorney, I highly suggest you give these men a call. Also, Ginger, their paralegal, let's just say they do not get any better than her. She goes above and beyond her duties, she's fabulous! If I ever need any more legal representation, Wheeler and Frank's will be the only call I make. They are not just attorneys I hired, they're family now.
