I am a REAL person this is a REAL review just fyi. I saw a negative review and I am honestly shocked. I would recommend this law firm to my friends and loved ones because of how much trust and respect I have for them. The people here are kind, thorough, and above all they are God fearing. If you need help they are very patient even when you procrastinate they will encourage you to get your paperwork done but without any sass or negativity. All of my questions were answered and Mr. Crowe will even try to explain the most complicated aspects of this process to where even a child can understand....opposed to most educated people will talk "over your head". Ultimately, I just felt that this company deserved a review. I normally don't write reviews but I'm really appreciative of the effort that I received working with this law firm. So please don't adhere to any negative reviews because there had to have been a misunderstanding.

Sir: Reviews--both positive and critical--serve as a reflection of a business's reputation, professionalism, and the quality of its service. They're not just testimonials; they're also a marketing tool that helps potential clients make informed decisions. While it's true that not everyone will be pleased all the time, how a business responds to all feedback--especially critical or challenging voices--matters just as much as the service itself. Rather than dismissing non-client feedback, this could have been a powerful moment to show openness and a willingness to engage with all perspectives, not just the favorable ones. To clarify, I shared my thoughts not as a random outsider, but as someone who has personally visited your office and seriously considered your services before ultimately choosing a different solution. Despite that, I recently advised my daughter to consider your firm--out of many--because of the positive feedback and my own impression of your professionalism. I do want to add: I feel it was neither professional nor productive for my daughter to be advised to inform her job's HR department directly about her bankruptcy. That situation could have and should have been handled differently--more discreetly and appropriately--by your office. Even though I did not proceed as a client myself, I still gave your office the benefit of the doubt--publicly. That alone should speak to the good faith and sincerity behind my comments.
