My first experience with SOG was 6/9/2021. I had a right knee replacement, done by Dr. Rowland Roberson (AWESOME DR.). 10/21/2025 I had rotator cuff repair on my right shoulder done by Dr. Richard Rainey (AWESOME DR.). Both doctors were kind, informing, caring, detailed, attentive and made me feel valued. As a matter of fact everyone I interacted with at SOG gave me an excellent experience and made me feel valued. The fact that the doctor's office, surgery center and physical therapy are in the same facility is a convenient plus. On a scale of 1 to 10 I'd give SOG a 15.

This was definitely a pleasant and "professional" experience. All staff members were prompt, attentive and well informed with the process. Everything moved effortlessly from check in to check out. The receptionist was very helpful in getting our background information scanned into my records. She was hospitable and patient. The doctor (Dr. Marks) was friendly and timely with a diagnosis. He shared options for my problem and explained expected outcomes. He lead me through the process and surgery aftermath in clear detail. In choosing surgery, I interacted with the Surgery Center staff members who were very efficient and informative. The nurse who interviewed me with pre-surgical questions was very thorough and helpful. The only negative remark I have is related to the physical layout of the office being somewhat ADA deficient. Passageways are narrow as are doorways which challenges the movement of a wheelchair patient. The office where I was interviewed with pre-surgical questions was extremely cramped. I was in a wheelchair due to Parkinson's mobility issues and we could barely squeeze into the room which housed two people at desks. I couldn't even face the nurse who was interviewing me due to the forced position of my wheelchair.

Ashley Roberson is one of the most amazing human beings I have ever met. First and foremost, she cares!!! She is extremely knowledgeable and shares her own experiences with injuries and the road back to being 100%. She greets you with a big smile and lots of energy!!! Very thankful to have met her.

The staff was pleasant and I didn't have a long wait. The X-ray technician was very efficient and Dr. Marks was super nice. He quicky assessed my problems and discussed the treatment. I was given an injection in my wrist and Matt did a great job. I feel sure I am receiving excellent care from Dr. Marks and all the staff.

I was truly blown away by how kind and professional the employees were--from the moment I signed in to the time I checked out. Ashley Roberson was outstanding, and Dr. Adams even made a special trip to my daughter's room to see her, which meant so much. Overall, this is a wonderful place with exceptional staff and doctors. I would highly recommend visiting any of their locations. Dr. Moore has also been incredible, and I can't wait to personally thank him for all of his help.
