I am not able to provide a comprehensive review of the firm's legal services from a client's point of view, but I can from an independent witness' viewpoint. While working for an insurance subrogation firm in Pittsburgh I had contact with both Roy Sr., as well as Roy Jr., while they were representing a young child who suffered serious injuries. Both lawyers zealously represented the young girl's interest and having been to law school, I can tell you they provided absolutely stellar legal representation to the young child, and her parents. Well over seventy percent of the lawyers I encountered simply paid the "lien" amount we requested without requesting that we prove-up our right to the lien, or recovery. In this Mississippi case, which went to the Mississippi Supreme Court, we had no right to a recovery and with my help and the exceptional trial work by Roy Jr. and Roy, Sr., the girl was spared from paying a substantial, alleged lien. I couldn't say enough about this firm. In the years since that case, I have referred several people to the firm and they have been delighted by the representation.
