Will take your money, and then you won't even be able to get up with! Hired McBride, and after paying and waiting 8 months with no progress I hired another attorney to straighten things out and was in worse shape than if I'd never hired McBride. I had been unable to get up with for over a month and sent requesting partial refund. Still didn't hear anything from for weeks until one day the secretary called to shake me down for more money! I cannot in good faith recommend this lawyer to anyone who's going through a situation where they need a lawyer you don't need to deal with this.

Literally wouldn't even give 1 star. Worse attorney ever. Do not recommend and definitely do not higher him go with literally anybody else. We gave him 2/3rds of the retainer for an custody case and he did nothing they drew up a few papers for us which got us nowhere and then dropped us over a email because of lack of communication. When we attempted to get into contact with him multiple times and never got a reply or anywhere with him.

Worst lawyer and worst decision I ever made. He won't care about your case as you do. He won't work with you. Only with the opposing parents lawyer! I have to say from my experience he don't have much respect for veterans! Nor the best interest of your child in family law!

Can't recommend to anyone who needs a attorney. Could not get anything accomplished and then was unable to ever get to return call or email after paying for services.
