I have found Johnathan Martin to be an excellent attorney, professional and will not give you false expectations. I was very impressed as while we gave him information on our dilemma it was being shared in real time to his paralegal Heather whom was putting together the motion to be filed within the visit we were at. We literally came trying to get an emergency motion filed with a very limited time frame and it was filed before we even left from the visit the same day. Johnathan, Heather and his associate Will are at the top of their game with great communication, professionalism and compassion. I would recommend this law firm to anyone that has a need for their services and plan to keep Johnathan on retainer in the future. No need to go elsewhere, these are the folks that will get the job done and get it done in the most favorable way possible for their clients.

Was extremely Hard to get any information. Wouldn't set up a consultation. (Heather The paralegal ) Was extremly rude and stated things about my case that made no sense then would not follow up with why. I cant speak for the lawyers and I dont normally leave reviews but this first impression was a nightmare. I hope if you do chose this lawfirm you get better results but I wouldn't put my faith in them.

Jonathan Martin was not even my lawyer. My ex wife hired him and I was terrified going into a custody case alone. He listened to everything I had to say and saw me as a person and not as a defendant. I haven't hired him personally so I can't speak for that but I can say he is a good man and cares in depth about the cases he represents. Again Thank you to Mr. Martin. If you need a lawyer who listens and cares 10/10 Recommend. If he cared about my feeling and thoughts as the defendant he will care about yours as a client.
