Communication between reception and the rest of the team is a mess. My father was recommended this firm through our attorney in MO so naturally we tried here first. With us being out of state, it can be overwhelming trying to find a lawyer. I think I've called at least 10 times within the last two weeks and left my information with 3 different receptionists. I left 3 stars because I'm sure the attorney is great, however I've truly never dealt with a more disorganized reception team.
