I contacted Kelly Bosserman about a divorce and was told the $300 consultation fee would be added to his set fee if I hired him. I was interested because he charged a flat fee for divorce. After I hired him, I was charged the full fee and not credited for the $300 consultation. Then when I emailed him the contact information for the other parties lawyer, I was told there was another $1000 fee for him having to talk to the other lawyer. I was concerned that there would be more hidden fees so I terminated the attorney-client relationship and got representation elsewhere. Overall he appeared knowledgeable and kind, I would be careful hiring him if you were lured in by the flat fee. The new attorney is more expensive up front but the billing practices are being clearly communicated.

Hired him as a child support/ family lawyer and he did absolutely nothing but collect money! Lost the case. He didnt even try, no argument, nothing. Terrible lawyer
