I had a default judgment against me in 2019. I gave Mr. Ramsey a call a few weeks ago to help me on the situation. He gave me the rundown on what we could expect and what we couldn't based on the details of my case. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable on the laws and codes on this matter. This has been the best experience I've ever had in getting a matter resolved. Mr. Ramsey was kind and thoughtful and not only that, he is on his game. This is an intelligent well and versed Attorney. He knows what he is doing. I won't go into strict detail but he was instrumental in helping me get a default judgement rectified. I had never been in this situation before, fell on hard times and I ended with a series of financial woes. But due to Mr. Ramsey's knowledge, care, and empathy I am taking the final steps in getting the default judgement withdrawn and completely halting a wage garnishment before it could even begin (I paid the debt for a year but recently stopped paying as of September 2020). He is thoughtful and thorough and will not make you empty promises just to get a case, and then ignore you calls. He makes time for everyone. Most unprofessional law firm in the area. They took our retainer, then would not return any calls or messages regarding our bankruptcy. We went to the office and were told to leave. The attorney did not even have the decency to speak to us to tell us that they were not going to help with our case.
