My husband and I came in for a consultation and Francis was very rude. She called us stupid for signing papers and made it seem like nothing we said mattered. Then when I said "So you are telling me there is nothing we can do?" She got an attitude and said "NO! I never said that!!" VERY RUDE and unprofessional. Would never recommend anyone to come here. She let us schedule an appointment to pay her but once we stated our issue, she said she doesn't have time for our case and we should go somewhere else.
