I am extremely dissatisfied with this law firm and the way they've handled my case. I paid a $2,500 retainer and all that was done was a few short phone calls. For the past 6 months, I've been asking for an itemized list of services, an explanation of what portion of my retainer was used, and a refund of the remainder. I've called at least 6 times and sent multiple emails, and every time I'm told "well get back to you." It's now been over two and a half weeks since the last promise of my request, and I still haven't received anything, not even a phone call or email. The lack of communication, professionalism, and basic courtesy is absolutely unacceptable. This has been, without question, the worst experience I've ever had with any law firm. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice before trusting them with your time or money. (I filled with the Bar of Mississippi regarding this matter)

Attorney Denson repeatedly showed up for court unprepared and did not do what he said he would do. He would claim he was going to subpoena witnesses and experts before taking my money, then would not. He even pretended he was sick once as we waited all day and were not seen by the judge. I flew my family from Florida only to be told to come back in a month. After 2 years, my case digressed significantly under his "services." I had to hire another attorney. Now, attorney Denson will not return my 2nd retainer of $5k that he never earned. He really did not earn the first retainer but gave me an invoice of phone calls and emails amounting to $3k. He will not answer emails nor calls. He is also a pastor which I believe he dedicates far more time towards. Do not get suckered by this hustler, you will be forced to find someone professional.

Denson and Associates showed me and my family nothing but respect, dignity, and compassion while providing top notch, timely, and informative legal services. I highly recommend this office to anyone who's in need of legal representation....

This office is professional, friendly, and very savvy for any needs of law in this specialty. Mr. Denson was kind, patient, thorough, and very knowledgeable of the law pertaining to my case.
