I want to take this time to Thank Muse disability Services for getting me approved after 2 denials! They took my case and worked diligently and very,very hard to get me approved. Muse disability really gave me something to hold on to as far as their promise to help me with my case. When I went at it alone, I was denied and discouraged. Muse took my case and after 1 year I was found favorable. They kept me posted, answered all calls/ questions, and handled my case with care. I am so grateful for them. They did all the work with positive results.

So, I filed for disability and once I was denied, I contacted Muse Disability for help. I was assigned an attorney, and his paralegal, Tammy. I can not say enough good things about Tammy. The first time she called me, she went over all the information and the documents she had. She stated that she needed a few more documents, so she shared with me how she was going about getting them. Anytime that I need any help or have any questions, I feel comfortable calling her. Tammy is the most patient person and answers any questions I have. She has never rushed me off the phone. She always has such a positive attitude and she keeps me updated on any new information she receives. I feel like Tammi goes above and beyond her daily duties. I was denied for the second time, so Tammy has set a hearing for me to go in front of a Judge. She has updated me on the hearing and let me know how this will take place. If I don't call Tammy for a month or two, she reaches out to me to see how I'm doing. To say I am blessed to have Tammy working on my case would be an understatement. If I could give her 100 stars, I would absolutely do so. For anyone who uses Muse, I hope that Tammy will be the one working on your case.

I found this firm to be very efficient from the very beginnng.-always keeping me informed and reminding me of any forms that needed to be turned in or of any upcoming appointments. I always felt they were on top of my case. Darnetta was the person I always spoke with. She was always so kind and tried to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend this firm.
