I'm not sure where to start when I talk about Giddens Law Firm. John and Shannon were absolutely God sent. I honestly didn't know what to do when I was rear ended back in 2020 during the height of Covid. I was getting phone calls day after day from the other person's insurance company that hit me harassing me about the accident and John put a stop to all of that right away. I left him a message and he called me back right away. He wanted to know how I was doing first before any other conversations took place.
