Nobody will answer the phone when calling. I called about 8 times. Left a voicemail requesting a return call about two or three times because I was told to call. I was calling in regards to a medical debt trying to set up a payment plan a lawyer with this firm at court said I could do. I finally got a call back after about 2 weeks. I spoke with a female who did not tell me her name and she was the most rude/unprofessional person I have ever spoken with representing a business. She absolutely refused to set up the payment plan I was told to call and arrange and then after having a seriously bad attitude and making rude remarks she proceeded to hang up on me. In need of a contact number of someone else who may be able to help with this matter, a supervisor or something that can help me and won't hang up on me for no reason.

I've called numerous times about my refund after getting my check garnishment for the total amount I owed. The amount I paid was not deducted from that balance. Was told it was mailed out October 3rd. It's now mid November and no check. I only stay 40 miles away and no way it takes that long!!! Now, I am calling to come in personally and pick it up and no one answers the phone nor call back after leaving voicemail !!

Called to find out about a medical debt that I was served papers for about a month and a half ago. I was told the amount and the date it would be due and told that it has to be paid by cashiers check or money order. I am trying to pay this collection and nobody answers the phone. I called seven times and get no answer. I do not understand how you can collect on debt when you cannot answer the phone. and if you are lucky enough to get anybody on the phone, she is incredibly rude and does not want to give you any information in regards to your account.

Hello, I'm making this statement publicly only because I can't seem to get Katherine back on the phone in order to speak with a managing partner regarding my complaint of her unprofessional and unpleasant character. I called and spoke with Ms./ Mrs. Katherine back in August regarding a debt I was served with from a medical procedure. Ms. Katherine stated I should have or need to have a payment in to Brand and Sanford by sometime in September even though I was scheduled to and summons to answer to this in court. At no time was I given an option or asked if I could make this payment. Just told about it. I call after court as directed to do so by attorney and judge. Me calling to schedule payment today rendered her very distasteful and unprofessional attitude. She stated the attorney I met in court wasn't aware I had a payment arrangement in place that I didn't honor. For Attorney James knowledge, there was no "agreement" "agreed" upon nor options given that I could or would have even discussed with Ms. Katherine only to turn around and receive different instructions from a plaintiff attorney or judge. So, I waited until I received guidance and directives from the judge on what the court could or would allow as agreed upon terms. Ms. Katherine, you may be in debt collection and deal with some nasty folks during the day, you should not pass that off at 9:00 am because you aren't enjoying your job or have gotten fed up with others. I could care less of your frustrations with others when I'm reaching out to honor what I have agreed upon and hope you understand that not all of your callers are here to fuss or yell at you.
