This has been the worst experience hiring a business I have ever been through. I was quoted a price and the price was paid in full. Hi have contacted his office for six weeks in a row. I have talked to the secretary I have left him voicemails I even text his personal number. With all of this effort I have put in to get a five minute return phone call I have not received one in six weeks. If you value customer service or just business decency or I would think twice about choosing them. I feel taken advantage of because I paid everything upfront and now the work is not satisfactory. So basically you pay them the money they want and they can treat you any kind of way. As of right now I have been waiting six weeks for my call back I will be updating and reviewing every week until I get my phone call back. If for some reason this review makes him call me back about the job he was hired to do I will also inform google. Hi also on a business I understand being busy I understand not being able to call a customer back that very same day. Six weeks is a complete slap in the face for just a return phone call.
