Mr. Lowrey represented us recently in a temporary custody hearing. His work ethic was minimal and he was pushed around by the opposing attorney. Come to find out, he had been in contact with opposing counsel and never fully intended to get us temporary custody of our daughter. After finding new counsel, we received a bill stating the all $5000 of our retainer had been used and we owed an additional $247. He was non responsive and communicated poorly when we did talk to him. His performance in the court room was less than stellar.
