Daniel Waide has a lot of characteristics that anybody in any situation who needs a lawyer looks for. He puts a lot of time and energy into your case, discussing seeing things with you and letting you know all of your options, as well as all of the possible ways to be navigated through the situation. I walked into a law firm to get help with paperwork, not knowing, I would later need them to represent me in a lawsuit. I from now on will use Johnson Ratliff & Waide for all things legal. Daniel Waide is my attorney at this firm. Notice I didn't say was, because just like I have a Dr., I see when I need one, I now have a lawyer. During my "time of need" Daniel and his firm were very involved. Never one time did I have to question, why didn't my attorney handle that. He not only handled everything, he communicated with me our plan of action and how we would adjust if needed. He was very attentive to my questions and all my concerns, and always gave me an honest assessment. Later we utilized Daniel during a "large" business transaction and again, Daniel handled it. I even got praises from the other side of the transaction on how attentive my legal representative was. If you are looking for a great attorney, give them a call. You will not be disappointed.

My son went to see them about a divorce. Gave Mr Ratcliff 5,000 dollars. Nothing was done and he wouldn't even see my son or me in his office when nothing had been done after 3 months. When we'd call his secretary would always say 'he's working on it' but he never would talk to either of us. Wasn't too long before his secretary quit taking the calls.
