Just called and the Receptionist Cindy who refused to give me last name who was very unprofessional and rude. I didn't feel comfortable about talking about by potential case with a receptionist and wanted to speak with someone who was educated to my situation. Cindy became very nasty to told me call another law firm I have her record speaking to nasty.
