My step father went in there in may to start the process for his citizenship. He paid all the money up front it was close to $2000 if I'm not mistaken. They promised him that with things changing they will get all his paper work sent off so he could take his citizenship test in October of this year. Fast forward they kept asking my step father for all these documents including birth certificates of his children and old leases from 5-6 years ago and all of that was provided to them. When we call the office we get sent to a call center and never get a call back from a lawyer. Every time we emailed to get some sort of update they emailed back snarky remarks. And this last time when we finally got a call back from a lawyer they said everything was sent out and we should receive an email soon. That was a month a half ago. They then call saying they never received any of the documents that they asked for which is a lie because we have records of everything. They never sent out my step father's paperwork. It is now November and we demanded a full refund because of the unprofessionalism and the lying, and the Job not even being done. We literally went to someone last week and my step father already has an appointment for his fingerprints. If I could them 0 stars I would. Every time we went to the office we were treated poorly and no one seemed to know what they were doing or what was going on.We were refunded $600 of the $2000 and according to them it's because of lawyer fees but they didn't even do anything for them to charge lawyer fees. 0 out of 10 we do not recommended and will not be going back to these rude money hungry people. Highly disappointed!!! UPDATE TODAY NOVEMBER 11,2025 THEY CALLED MY STEP FATHER AND THREATENED TO SUE HIM BECAUSE OF HIS BAD REVIEW!!! I'm sorry what? From what I've seen your reviews are horrible so are you threading to sue everyone that has left a bad review?!?!? Do your job correctly the first time and stop stealing from people lying to them and wasting their time. And I will be going on yelp to leave a review there!! Have the day you people deserve.

These people are liars and scammers!!!! Back in May we paid these people close to $2,000 up front to begin my citizenship process. I went somewhere else and within a week I have my appointment for my finger prints. I sent these people everything they asked me for. When I went into the office they didn't seem to know what they were doing and what was going on. They kept lying and giving me the run around. I received only $600 and they said it's because of lawyer fees. But they just took my money and never did the job. Absolutely pathetic and unprofessional do better. 0 out of 10 do not recommend they lie in your face are rude and they steal your money. That's not the way to do business. And seeing the reviews I see I'm not the only one having problems with them. They are an absolute nightmare

If I could give these people 0 stars I would. My husband and I paid them up front almost $2000 for my husband to become a United States citizen. Everything that was asked of us was given to them. They took our money and never did anything every time we asked for an update we were lied to. Absolutely so unprofessional. Do not recommend this law firm. All they do is steal your money.

If I could give it a zero I would. All anyone cares about now days is that money. I heard good stuff about this firm but unfortunately I didn't have a good experience with this people. Lying to clients is a big no for me.

Lawyer Jeremy is highly recommended. Since, he has helped our family a lot. Thanks to him we are all legal. In addition, he is always ready for you and yours. The lawyer is a very humble person and loves our Hispanic community. Thank you lawyer for so much. And the best of all is that he speaks Spanish.
