I highly recommend Jason Savarese! He did a great job, was extremely helpful and now my wife and I have Wills, Power of Attorneys, and Healthcare Directives! There was so much we didn't think of that he helped us protect ourselves against.

Jason has not returned my phone calls, messages or emails in months. To say I am disgusted is an understatement. What should of been an easy, quick process has turned into an unknown. No updates or communications from Jason. Do yourself a favor an go elsewhere!

I've known Jason for almost 30yrs and he scammed me too. Same as the review before this from Michael Self. Hired him in January of 2021 to do a simple probate for my parents. My mom was in renal failure and both my parents lived with me, so we were doing the probate of my grandmother's home. Paid him $3000 and he was doing all this "paperwork" for all the siblings to sign, so we could have it transferred to my parents and set up a trust. He slowly stopped returning phonecalls and now, here we are, Nov of 2023 and still not done and he hasn't answered me in 2yrs. His office is always locked and I've left SO many msgs and nothing. Zero contact with my Aunt, who was the Executor of the Will and both her and my mom have passed since then and he just doesn't care. So now, we have to find a new attorney and my Dad pay that money all over again to get this done. Please beware! All these yrs I've known him and he did it to me too! Absolutely heartless......

It's been 4 years since my father in law passed away. His office doesnt return calls and he claims he has personal problems. It shouldve been an easy case for him and yet he delays and delays and delays. Starting to get concerned he has done something with the money.

Hired to process probate of my mother's estate and in the beginning I would get calls returned and emails returned, but for the past 6 months his office will not return calls or answer emails. I plan to report to the better business bureau this week and get another attorney seeing as it has been nearly 2 years since my mother passed and I have no idea where I stand in the probate process!!! Do yourself a favor and look for a different lawyer!!!!
