My father before his death used Mr. Smith regularly. I remember how much Mr. Smith overcharged him and how he did the bare minimum to help. That same lack of quality was present in the cases of myself when I needed assistance with my SSI. (Though credit where it is due, he did admit to not knowing the law. And that is more on my grandmother for trying to force him.) Though his allowing the statute of limitations to run out on the wreck my grandparents suffered through in the year of 2017 was very much his fault. Something he fought us on and hid from us until it was too late. We attempted to sue his insurance and received very little in compensation. As we made the mistake of trusting Rufus Alldredge. He referred us to Lance Stevens. An egotistical blowhard who talks big but fails to back it up. All three of these men ended up monkeying my family and I around in different ways. If it is legal experience, you require and a competent always available attorney, I highly suggest shopping around. I can count on both hands the times Mr. Smith would schedule meetings then never show up or cancel after we had already arrived at the office and waiting for him outside in the rain.

On 10/12/11 they accepted a general power of attorney that was signed by me. BUT here's the thing I was not cognitively aware to understand what I was doing because of my medical condition! THEY should have checked their facts before filing that power of attorney! IF I fight it on the side of the person that I gave the power to, it could bring far more negative consequences on their behalf! So I'm going to fight it the other way around I have rights! What will the court system say when I show them my medical records in my condition at the time? Now understand the power of attorney was necessary at the time! Here's the thing they should have gone to the doctors to let them know that I was not able to make a decision and understand what I was doing!

I had MR.Smith over a year ago and he always got back to me whenever I couldn't reach him and he solved my case very professional and was very compassionate as well, he listened to every thing I had to say and we both came out happy.! very nice and just all over great lawyer.!

Horrible!! Never answers the phone. Half the time I go to the office the door is locked. (during business hours.) When you ask a question, nobody knows the answer. All you get is "I don't handle that part". Worst experience ever with an attorney office.
