Jernigan Chiropractic & Rehab Clinic - Gulfport

I've been seeing this chiropractor for my ongoing neck issues, and the improvement has been tremendous. From the very first visit, they took the time to understand my symptoms, explain what was causing the pain, and lay out a clear treatment plan. Each session is thorough, focused, and tailored to what I need that day. Not only has my neck pain decreased significantly, but my mobility and overall comfort have improved as well. Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for their patients really stand out. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with neck or spine problems--this is the best I've felt in a long time.

I can't say enough good things about Jernigan Chiropractic Clinic and Christina, their receptionist! Her warm smile and welcoming demeanor instantly make you feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the clinic's services and always takes the time to answer questions, ensuring that every patient feels informed and cared for. Christina's organizational skills are impressive; she handles appointments seamlessly, making the check-in process quick and efficient. Her professionalism is matched only by her genuine kindness--she truly goes out of her way to make sure everyone feels valued. There are a lot of good things about this place - they remember your name and small details about you even after just meeting you. They also work really hard to get you in for a same day appt. I had 2 appts here and the first one I was amazed I got in same day, but then spent just over 2 hours there mostly waiting to be seen. Day 2 I waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes. The chiropractor spent 3 minutes with me on day 1 and did not perform a physical exam - but claimed to know exactly what was wrong which I find to be bad medicine as a medical professional myself. I was placed in the traction machine and it felt readily apparent to me that staff were unfamiliar with the machine which made me incredibly anxious and I asked to get out. I also found the financial staff member, Lauren, to be very difficult to understand as she spoke a million words per minute and I found myself signing multiple documents I didn't understand- I can't imagine I'm the only one. I just wanted pain relief after waiting for almost 2 hours that I no longer cared. Overall, I think there are good, kind people who work here - but I don't believe they practice evidence-based medicine so I will not personally be returning.

I met with Bri today to discuss their doctor-supervised nutrition program. She was extremely friendly and helpful and positive that they can help me. I'm excited to get started on my new wellness journey and recommend them to anyone who wants to feel better.

The place was nice and clean. The staff was very helpful with my mom, while I completed my appointment. Bri was very patient, she's was professional and very knowledgeable on all that they offer. I would definitely recommend any one to come and visit this facility. Thank you Bri!
