Client
Visited their website on February 17th to fill out a contact form for a consultation. After a week with no contact, I decided to call them. When asked by the receptionist, I mentioned that I had submitted my request online through their website. She hesitated and said she wouldn't know where the request would go but would search for it later. She inquired about the purpose of my consultation request to which I explained that my small business had incurred vehicular property damage from a fully insured individual and would like to know if they can provide me with assistance as I navigate the insurance claims. She stated that her firm does not specialize in insurance defense. I paused because their website has an entire page dedicated to them assisting businesses with insurance claims and litigation. I asked if she knew of any other firm that can assist me in navigating insurance defense, and her response was no. Not sure if the receptionist was up to date on administrative and operating procedure for inquiries or the firm's practice areas, or the website that states their attorney's practices is outdated. It was not the worst experience but more so leads me to have less confidence in the firm.
