I'm in a very stressful situation and the receptionist had a rude demeanor. She SEEMED to have no interest in anything but dismissing me as soon as possible. She said "They don't do that." First of all, any lawyer can point a customer in the correct direction. NO INTEREST THOUGH.Then she proceeded to hand me a card. I wondered why, perhaps pointing me in the right direction.
