Worst law firm ever. They take a huge percentage to do nothing. I had to get my own police report and give it to them. Doctors visits are over and I still haven't heard anything from the lawyer.

My son started a case with The Gulfport location a year ago, and after a year he still has not gotten any further than day one. He cam not get the location to return his calls. It takes weeks to get his assignment attorney to call him back after he leaves multiple messages. The attorney told him that she has been assigned way to many cases and can mot handle the work load. If they can not handle the cases why take any more until they get the work load down. He would use another attorney, but he does not want to start the whole process over. This has been a really bad experience for him.

I had an accident that will be a year from on Sunday, a pedestrian vs vehicle in which I was almost killed on 49. My kids mom initiated the process, intake over the phone was easy peasy, did my orthopedic intake, physical therapy for a slight tear in ACL was a joke. Apparently one person supposedly had me going to PT Solutions, but another had me going to Encore in Orange Grove Community. In which I only did 2 visits due to Bienville Orthopedic bought them out. Lawyer representative got butt hurt because I didn't persay go to correct therapy office. Last contact by phone was Jan 13th 2024. In late May got an email that they needed more info for claim, I called left message on answering service, instead of a call back I got a text message. Indicating that I can email my info and stuff still needed. Email didn't work, first person to text was a so called person Aubrey, next person was supposedly Lawyers representative from same number starting with a 614 number. I called Thursday and the 614 didn't work according to Verizon ( call couldn't be completed as dialed ), and called supposedly the office at their 228 number got a response from so called secretary/phone rep, saying she'll message the lawyer representative, and have them call me back. It's Tuesday now and no call. Being duped and flaked on is definitely non-professional at all levels.

The professionalism and interaction with this law firm was excellent. Starting with their receptionist. She was very friendly professional and quite efficient. I can't wait to meet my Attorney. Just by talkiing to their paralegal Brittany I'm assuming. The Lawyer has to be an all all out shark. Thank you Alexander and Shunnarah and Associates

Extremely helpful and accommodating. I was able to take care of many things through text/email. This works better for me during busy projects that I have going on with work. Thank you so much for your help.
