Been over a year I've payed him $1000 to serve someone papers. I've paid him 2 to 3 weeks in advance to do so before the person moved to another state and he failed to do so. I have continuously emailed and left voicemails to his secretary to let him know where I was meeting the other party and still no one was served. He have constantly told me I needed to find her current address, when I've told him numerous of times that I was not going to be able to get it. It's like he want you to do his job for him! Also had a COURT DATE that I missed because the papers I got served didn't have a court address or date it was on for me to go to court (also sent him a email of everything I ever received from top to bottom and he never responded had to call several times). Now I don't have any access to my kids whereabouts or where they're located, haven't seen them since March of 2022. Took a lost on the money I gave him, my side to the court to get a fair say so and to be able to see or get my boys again! Thanks alot.
