I used Richard O'Dea as a personal injury lawyer after I got into a car accident that left me with injuries which required me to constantly see a chiropractor. Rich was absolutely awesome with the process, once I met with him the first time, he took everything over and I never heard about the accident claim until it was time to get a settlement started. He negotiated with the insurance company on my behalf and knew exactly what needed to be done in order to get an accurate settlement amount. Update: The case is settled, and I'm pleased with the outcome. Rich was great in explaining the entire process to me, answering my questions, and negotiating the settlement. From previous review: I contacted Rich after my husband and I were in a car accident last fall. The other driver ran a red light and t-boned the car we were driving. With multiple insurance companies involved, I needed help sorting out bills and was in no shape physically or emotionally to deal with that. Also, the extent of my injuries wasn't revealed until 5 months after the accident. Rich has been great, as is his investigator. Though my case isn't completely settled, he has been honest, accessible, and responds quickly to my questions and concerns. With months of PT and the potential for ongoing medical care ahead of me, his work on my behalf has enabled me to pay for my care without worry. I appreciate having that peace of mind so I can focus on healing.
