Horrible quality and even worse value. I was out of town for a week and they sent me a "hurry up" email. They charged me $40 for sending that. I said yes, we should talk; when are you available. They charged me $40. They sent an email with 2 available times. They charged me $40. I chose one. They charged me $40. For no legal advice, it cost $160. The legal advice was worse. I switched to another attorney who caught several issues they had missed in just 1 hour.
Called asked if they had a experienced slip and fall attorney, the receptionist wouldn't give me a answer. I asked a second time and she asked my name I gave her my first name only. The receptionist said she wouldn't transfer my call to a attorneys helper with out my full name to announce. Was mor of a gate keeper then a helper. I tore my knee and need surgery from slipping on a pice of chicken that fall out of a sample cart at store. Looks like I look else where. First sign of the people wanting to argue with you intend of helping or even answering your questions with their questions. Typical attorney firm lol.
