I am still grieving the loss of my son. My son retained Tom Sieben to help with a court case coming up in May. My son pulled everything he had out of savings $10,000 to hire Tom. Unfortunately Jon took his own life April 6th. He had great fear of possibility being on probation and just couldn't face it. I called Tom to ask if he could return at least a portion of my sons fee since he never had to go to court. Tom said he was unable to do this. I needed money for my son's cremation and Tom refused to even discuss any type of return. Heartless man.
