Good defense attorney if you need one... Help me deal with the situation that frankly, I never should've even been drug into court on... But, because Minnesota law is so backward, it happened. My only complaint is, it looks like he was completely misinformed on how electronic home monitoring now works. He had stated they don't use the ankle monitors anymore, that it is just a phone app... Nope... They gave me an ankle monitor. Nothing for the phone. And it did last the entire three days, not part of day one, all of day two, and part of day three like he had initially told me. Otherwise, great lawyer. If I needed Defense help again, I would trust him.
