I spoke with a very kind man, who truly spoke as though he cared about me & my circumstances. That made doing this so much better & easier. It feels good to be treated by a person who understands.

Well, I don't know how many stars to give them, because I just signed up. I don't understand why they would ask for this. At this point, you would think they would ask after the case, but maybe they I think that it will automatically get them 5 stars just because I signed up. I don't like the idea of 40% taken out of it. That's a whole lot, and it's probably before taxes, and then you get taxed on the whole thing. So yeah, for these reasons, I'm giving a one star. But if you win, you get five stars at the end

I called Morgan and Morgan and I couldn't even hear the guy because I think he was outside in the wind and then he said he was sitting in front of the fan. I asked if this was an injury law firm and he said OK yes. He was extremely rude and then he told me to describe my situation and as I did, he just started talking as I was telling him. This is the worst customer service I've ever had in my entire life. I'm not sure how they're top rated if they can't even listen to a full sentence

Easy to talk to and they agreed to take my case. I was able to secure an attorney without leaving the house which is helpful in my condition.

The price breakdown is not even remotely good for the individual. 66 and 2/3 percent for them you get 33 1/3. But id doesn't actually say that. So quick math minus fractions 67 percent for them and 33 for you. 100k award so they get 67k of your award, and we get 33k. And you might be significantly injured and they keep a huge portion of your winnings. They take the risk put up money etc for everything. And itemize their time and it will be equal to this amount regardless of there work or effort. Could take them 2 hours for everything and just does not sit well with me.
