In 2020 I got injured on a job while transferring a patient I hired Mike to represent me in this case I had to have physical and occupational therapy along with several other medical visits a few months after the injury I was told to report to the hospital by my physical therapist while at a visit with them once there I was admitted into the hospital and 2 days later I had emergency spinal fusion cervical discectomy surgery I was hospitalized for 1 week my case settled 2 months after surgery I found it strange that Mike continuously stepped out of his office away from me while allegedly negotiating settlement with insurance company attorney when the phone calls were over Mike told me he had settled for ! FORTY THOUSAND ! and that was their highest offer FORTY THOUSAND...yes you read that correctly....Mike told me 40k after being hospitalized for 1 week after surgery along with needing continued physical therapy 6 months later I ended up no longer able to work and getting full SSI disability...this man is a scam, please! I was in a passenger In a cab when I was on my way to work, and get hit from behind by a semi truck. Michael was very nice to me when he first met me. I went to one of our local hospital for help and then Mr. Schultz told me to go to physician group for all my appointments, he even go as far as calling and scheduling all my appointments there. He said the the cab company will pay for all my medical bills and the truck company is responsible for my pain and suffering. He settled with the cab company said he paid all my bills then dropped my case. I keep calling him and no answer, I texted him and asked him for a copy of my file every time I talked to him he said he was putting it into the mail and never did. Now almost a year and i still have back pain sleeping on my couch to ease the pain when it get too bad. I just received a medical bills that he did not pay. I left him messages and sent copy of the bill to him and not answer. I am very upset and don't know what to do.
