I would definitely recommend Attorney Nelson if you are in need of an attorney for Social Security Disability claim. I was initially given the name of another Social Security Disability attorney and after speaking with that individual twice I didn't feel comfortable. I felt very comfortable with Attorney Nelson and do not regret hiring him one bit. Attorney Nelson was very professional, kind, and seemed genuinely interested in helping me. He was able to answer my questions, he explained things to me in a manner that made sense (this stuff gets confusing), and his assistant Barb was very prompt at responding to me if I left a message or sent an email. Low effort. Gregg didn't know my condition was blue book. Did not link my other issues. Did not clarify inaccuracies in my denial. Did not complete a brief the judge asked him for to help in his understanding of my condition, then didn't do the Appeal brief in time. Gee, I got denied. Who knew. His receptionist was rude. Just really bad. Don't call him unless you are missing a limb, he won't get it done.
