I hired Robert Leighton at this office to help with a long term disability claim after suffering a brain injury that took me out of work. I can't express how grateful I am for his wisdom and help I'm dealing with the insurance company. The claim process has been beyond frustrating and I've cried so many times over it. Denise Tataryn is one of my legal heroes. She helped me fight one of those huge insurance companies that you end up with through your employer group term disability insurance benefits. Denise helped me originally apply for short and long term disability insurance benefits through my work disability insurance policies so well that both my short and long term claims were approved and I received long term disability insurance benefits for a year.
