Nick Leverson and his team helped me with a restoration of rights case earlier this year that stemmed from a juvenile case(sealed)and I cannot but help but say how extraordinary,professional, and down-to-earth him and everyone I spoke to was at this firm. Nick has been an amazing lawyer, from the time I called him to the end of process. I called a couple places before calling Nick, I was getting ranges of 10-15k plus additional if it goes to trial. I spoke to Nick, told him the history and what my husband was facing, it felt like I was getting a deal of a life time and I appreciated that it was a flat fee, no additional if it went to trial. I called him before my husband had even been charged and Nick watched for charges to be posted and called me immediately to let me know. Nick was responsive, he even emailed back on a Saturday morning which blew me away, he never left a phone call unaddressed or an email. He was honest from the beginning of what are options were with the case, why which scenario would be best (trial vs. remorse vs. challenging evidence procedures etc), explained every process, and took a sentence that was an automatic commit to prison and by the end every single person involved was agreeing with Nick and allowed that automatic prison commitment to be 180 days on home monitoring.
