Mr. Durkin was reassiged 2 weeks before pre-trial. He did get one charge dropped in June and set the 2 serious charges for PreTrial. It's the Felony that's the issue. My new Public Defender, back tracked to the contested omnibus on November 2nd, cancelling the trial date. SHE STILL HADN'T EVEN RECEIVED THE DISCOVERY. And the kicker, I was reassiged again 17 hours before my Contested Omnibus.
