Tim provided excellent advice to us! He listened carefully to our situation where we have been unsuccessfully trying to resolve an issue with a neighbor who engages in frequent disorderly behavior which makes our family feel very unsafe. Tim provided clear actions on how and when to take specific actions to resolve the issue. Tim also made sure to check in a few days after our initial call to see how we were doing after processing his advice and starting to take the recommended actions. I called and put in an inquiry. Waited to be called back and didn't get a call. My inquiry is time sensitive so I called back and asked politely how long it usually takes for a call back and was hung up on. Edited to add, I called the number provided by Baland, left a message, and did not receive a call back. I called on June 2nd and updated this June 10th

Tim was on top of everything right from the start! He made me feel safe and executed on everything successfully! He did tend to over explain at first, and use language like "should be" or "probably" or "likely", however we sorted that language out of our communication day one. That in and of itself was pretty cool. Tim went out of his way to add value beyond his obligation under our agreement, and that's uncommon in my experience with lawyers.
