This man's a god lawyer. If you ever have the privilege of him walking into the court room; He's easily Santa Claus about to save the day. To be honest I don't even really remember what happened but I knew I had a panic attack before trial even started. All of a sudden he put his hand on my shoulder, and told me everything would be OK and the judge slammed the hammer and we call left. I was innocent (everyone says that but I a really was) And this man did gods work. I don't know how. I don't know why. But I can tell you this; he's the best lawyer you'll ever find and this man saved me from a world of shit over a garbage criminal claim against me.

They charged me $8,000. We only went to a pre-liminary exam where charges were dropped for lack of evidence. Joseph Hall literally had to say 4 sentences total. He would NOT refund me any of my money. He justified not having to bring any skill, experience, know-how to the court and not refund me any money any way he could. He said he spent 6 hours preparing for the preliminary exam, so that justified it. Even at the $450/hour believes he's worth, that's $2,700!! Where's my $5,300!! I'm facing eviction!!!!

I hired this law firm thinking it would be a little bit of overkill considering the very solid reputation of each of the attorneys here and the fact that my charge was a minor misdemeanor that could easily be beaten. We sat with Mike Vincent the head honcho who gave us the whole speech about how much of a heavy hitter he was and how our case was going to be a walk in the park for them. Mike charged us FULL PRICE for the case which we agreed to as we were assured that Mike would be there to represent us and keep us worry free. After the day we cut the check we didn't hear from them one time until two weeks before my scheduled hearing. Obviously thinking this was something to be concerned with we called the office up to see what was going on and the receptionist seemed startled at the fact that we were calling to get some information rather than going into the hearing totally blind. After leaving us on hold for 5 minutes she returned to the phone very flustered and informed us that a different attorney who did not even work for the firm would be representing me. Come to find out this attorney had JUST RECENTLY graduated law school (University of Michigan) . My case was so minor compared to the cases they typically handle, that the firm just brushed it off, took our check and LITERALLY forgot about it as Mike had scheduled himself to represent someone else on the day he was scheduled to represent me. Long story short we paid for the heavy hitters and were given a rookie lawyer who fumbled the case and our money straight into the drain. DO NOT LET THEM DO THIS TO YOU IF YOU SO CHOOSE TO HIRE THIS FIRM
