Mr. Menna told me he could help me with a particular issue. He ended up not helping me at all and left me hanging for 3 months. He Finally gave me another lawyer's name and still charged for his "work". He lacked communication skills, listening skills and empathy. And at a time where I needed guidance and someone I could trust and guide me, he was the complete opposite of those qualities. In fact, he only made my divorce worse and more complicated. In the end, I fired him and hired someone else. He knew I was being abused, paying 2 mortgages, yet wasn't in any hurry to protect me or my children. It is very pathetic that I have to pay him $4000 for his inadequacies. I do not recommend him. Those of you who have given him a good recommendation, It is truly perplexing to me. He caused more issues in a very stressful situation.

Jim Menna is an outstanding attorney. He was so helpful when we needed to look at options for our elderly relative. He listened and gave good advice that was easy to follow up on before proceeding with his and the court's direct involvement. I highly recommend him.

If I could leave zero, I would have. This person is unbelievably disrespectful towards women, talks over you during mediation, and displays arrogant tone when asking questions. Would not recommend his services to anyone.

I've had two excellent experiences with Jim, both estate related. One of them was messy, I expected nothing at the start but he worked the system to get me the best possible outcome, which was a significant sum of money. Terry is great too!

Do yourself a HUGE favor and do not use this firm for any of your legal matters. I made the mistake of using Jim Menna for my divorce and ended up having to hire and fire 2 additional attorneys because he didn't do what he was telling me he was going to do. Additionally, I did not see my children physically for the first 2 months of my divorce precedings, Jim argued with me repeatedy about situations in my case, sent all documents/motions from my case to the wrong address, and from the part of my case that he handled, I feel he collaborated with the other sides attorney heavily, which was a detrimental outcome for my children and me. I seriously dont know how he is still in business.
