Gary Russell has been the attorney for my ex-wife for the past 10 years. Throughout that time, I've encountered biased and unprofessional behavior from him. He accused me on two separate occasions of planning to take my daughter to Lebanon and never return, despite the fact that in the past 24 years, I've only visited Lebanon twice, and my daughter doesn't even have a passport. His accusations seemed based on racial and sexist stereotypes rather than any facts.

Garry Russel is a terrible attorney. He does little to no work. As an attorney he should have noticed that there was 2 months with a 2 thousand dollar water bill. With having a key to my home there should have only been 1 month of a 2 thousand dollar water bill. That should have been a red flag to the park, and they should have came in, and turned the water off. I feel he should have noticed that, and fought to get the second month taken off along with a month of lot rent because someone else owned the home. That's 2,550 dollars i shouldn't have had to pay. I dont know how he looks yourself in the mirror everyday.

The initial receptionist that answered the phone was very professional and nice . I asked to schedule a consultation and she immediately got a lawyer on the phone . Gary . Not sure if Gary was having a bad day but when he answered the phone he was short and curt (came of rude ) as if I was bothering him by calling . So I hung up . Not the kind of energy you want when searching for a lawyer to help you . If I say "Hey Gary , how are you today ?" And you reply with a flat unemotional "im alright" , doesn't really come off as if you want to help or that you're even open to it . I mean pleasantries may be overrated but that's just basic professionalism . Will continue my lawyer search elsewhere . I wanted to schedule something so that I wasn't interrupting someone's day but apparently that was for naught.

I would absolutely recommend Gary Russell. My divorce was extremely contentious, Gary was very professional and kept me well informed. He walked me through each detail and was always prepared. He negotiated tirelessly on my behalf and got me the best possible outcome during this stressful time. His insight and advice was spot on! I couldn't have had a better firm working for me. The staff at this office is remarkable

I do not recommend them at all. Gary Russel put 0 effort in my case. He Never called and prepared horribly. You can tell he just wanted the check. Absolutely horrible at convincing the jury his story. Go somewhere else !!!
